Product Shot Studio is run by Brandality Solutions. This page explains what happens to the photos you upload and the details we keep.

Your product photos

The product photo you upload is sent to our image partner, Higgsfield, to create the scene, and the finished images are stored by them for at least seven days. Higgsfield may use inputs and outputs to improve its models under its own terms.

What we do collect

• If you create a free account: your name, email, and whether you agreed to receive emails. Your credits and the photos you generated are linked to your account.
• Standard, anonymous page analytics (pages visited, country, device type).
• If you buy credits, a plan or a gift card, your email and payment are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• If you send a gift card: the name you sign it with, the recipient's name and email, and your message, so we can deliver the card and show who redeemed it. We only email the recipient about that card.
