Credits

Credits are bought in packs, never expire and are not refundable once used. A credit used on a generation that fails or is blocked is returned automatically. You own the images you create and are responsible for having the rights to the product photos you upload. Don't upload images of people without their consent, other brands' logos you don't own, or anything illegal or sexual; those requests are blocked.

Gift cards

Gift cards add Product Shot Studio credits to the account that redeems them. A gift card doesn't expire and the credits on it never expire either. Each code works once. Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash, and they're non-refundable once redeemed. Keep your code private: anyone who has it can redeem it. If a card hasn't been redeemed yet and something went wrong, email hello@removeaiwatermarking.com.

Monthly credit plans

Credit plans renew every month through Stripe and add that month's credits to your account. You can cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel, the plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for and there is no refund for the current month. Unused plan credits carry over for one more month, then expire, and we always use the oldest credits first. Credits from packs and gift cards never expire.

Loyalty bonus

Everything you buy adds up. Once your total reaches $50 you get 5% bonus credits on later purchases, and from $150 you get 10%. Gift cards you buy for someone else don't count toward your spend, and the person who redeems one gets exactly the credits on the card. We may change or end the bonus program, but bonus credits you've already received stay yours.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
